Arrest made in Main Street Convenience Shooting

Bobby James, age 35, who was wanted out of McLean County for several counts of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Weapon, and Reckless Discharge of a Firearm, was arrested in Chicago, IL by members of the Chicago Police Department and U.S. Marshals Task Force.

James was wanted in connection with a shots fired incident that occurred on Thursday, 11/24/16, at Main Street Convenience (1909 S. Main Street, Bloomington). A business and two vehicles were struck by bullets during the incident.

James is currently awaiting extradition back to McLean County.

BLOOMINGTON, IL - Bobby James is wanted in connection with a shots fired incident that occurred on Thursday, 11/24/16, at Main Street Convenience (1919 S. Main Street). A business and two vehicles were struck by bullets during the incident.

Recent reports indicate James may be in the Bloomington area.

Bobby James, age 35, is a black male, 6'0", and 160 lbs. James has black hair and brown eyes. James currently has a McLean County Warrant for several counts of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Weapon, and Reckless Discharge of a Firearm.
