Armed Robbery

On Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 1:17 a.m., Bloomington Police responded to the 1700 block of RT Dunn Drive for an armed robbery report.

It was reported a 32-year-old male was robbed at gunpoint by two suspects. During the incident, the victim was approached by a female suspect who asked him for directions. Shortly after, a male suspect approached and displayed a handgun, and demanded the victim get on the ground. As the victim was laying down, the male suspect fired his handgun twice. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and they fled in two separate vehicles.

No injuries were reported from the incident.

The suspects are described as a white female, dark hair (pony tail), approximately 5'5" in height, and 140 to 180 pounds in weight.

The second suspect, a black male, 20-30 years of age.

During a subsequent investigation, officers did locate evidence of a shooting.
