"Hill of a Race" Run on Oct. 6
Bloomington Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts (PR&CA) in partnership with Dust2Glory Fitness and Certified Spartan SGX Coach Dustin Webb are presenting the 2nd annual “Hill of a Race!”
Join us for the ultimate outdoor fitness challenge in Bloomington on Saturday, Oct. 6 at Ewing Park 2. From the competitive obstacle runner, to the recreational enthusiast, to kids ages 7+, this event offers a fun challenge for everyone.
This obstacle run will include running, lifting, carrying, climbing, crawling as well as agility and balance. Participate in the competitive wave or just for fun in the recreational waves. The first wave (competitive) begins at Noon with waves (recreational) starting every 15 minutes. Kids ages 7 – 13 must participate with a registered adult. Event shirts will be provided to everyone who registers before early bird registration ends on Sept 7.
“The Bloomington Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department is excited to offer this event again this year in Ewing Park,” said Athletics Program Manager Denise Balagna. “Among new items this year is an earlier start time and kids ages 14 and older can participate on their own.”
