REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, ILLINOIS 

Statement of Qualifications (RFQ) will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 109 East Olive Street, Bloomington, Illinois 61701 until Friday, June 7, 2019 @ 3:00 p.m. Central Time for the following:

ARC-FLASH STUDY of MULTIPLE CITY FACILITIES

RFQ #2020-02

A pre-qualification meeting/site visit will be held on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. central time, starting at the Grossinger Motors Arena.  Attendees shall park in the garage located at 205 S. Roosevelt Street, Bloomington, Illinois, 61701 and meet inside the adjacent Arena VIP entrance. It is highly suggested that interested parties attend. This is the only time scheduled for a site visit.

RFQ documents are to be obtained from the City of Bloomington Procurement Services by sending an email to procurement@cityblm.org.  Respondents must provide their complete name, company name, street address, telephone number, fax number and their email address.  RFQ documents may be reviewed at the office of the City Clerk, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central time.  Only vendors recorded with the City, as a bona fide plan holder, are eligible for the contract award. 

You may not respond with a faxed or electronic submission.  All statements must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with original signatures. One (1) original hard copy, including City RFQ documents, and one (1) electronic copy on USB Flash Drive or Compact Disc is required.

The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any and all statements and to waive technicalities.  The award will be based on the criteria for selection contained within this document.
