Fifty years will have passed since the February 3, 1959, plane crash that took the lives of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J.P. Richardson, the “Big Bopper,” but the music, nostalgia, and energy of their Winter Dance Party tour lives on in this spectacular performance endorsed by the Holly and Valens estates.
