City of Bloomington - Council Packet Installer

1. Download the councilpdf.exe file to your local drive.
2. Double-Click the councilpdf.exe file. (The files will extract silently and create a new folder "councilpdf")
3. Open the folder created from step 2.
4. Open the "agenda1.pdf" to begin navigating the current Council Agenda.  The ""agenda1.pdf" file contains links to all the individual agenda item pdf documents.
