Bobby James, age 35, was arrested on a McLean County warrant for several counts of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Weapon, and Reckless Discharge of a Firearm.
On Thursday, January 12, 2017, at 3:24 a.m., Bloomington Police responded to an Armed Robbery at Circle K, 1200 W. Market Street.
City staff from several Departments, including Police, Engineering, Administration and Legal, have studied the traffic situation downtown and, in the interest of promoting public safety, will be making some changes intended to improve the flow of traffic on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
