Customer service is a core value of Bloomington Public Works and for the City government as a whole. The 2015 Strategic Plan Goals for the City Council and Administration lists its first goal as “Financially Sound City Providing Quality Basic Services.” Public Works believes customer service and responsiveness to concerns has to be part of our work in order to qualify as “quality” service. While we cannot answer “yes” to every request, we look for reasons to say “yes” rather than looking for reasons to say “no.”
