NEW! Online Water Bill Payments
On April 1, 2009, the City of Bloomington launched a new online Web Payments system. We are excited to bring this new product to our citizens and encourage each of you to take advantage of this streamlined payment process.
Customers will have the ability to access the new site immediately by utilizing the "Online Water Bill Payments" button on the main page of this site as seen below
or by directly visiting
https://bloomington.merchanttransact.com
Customers can expect the following:
- The initial login will require users to enter their full account number as appears on their billing statement.
- Customer’s email address and password will be the method for gaining access to your account information.
- Paperless statements
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- View account history including water usage.
