Long Term Financial Planning -- The long term financial planning powerpoint provides the City Council with an analysis of several issues such as resurfacing roads, capital improvement, etc that the City will face over the upcoming three years. Bear in mind, these cost only estimates and may be adjusted and/or changed as the City progresses into the future.

Property Tax Levy -- The property tax levy powerpoint provides a brief history of the City's tax levy. Furthermore, the powerpoint provides a series of options to the City Council in preparation for the upcoming establishment of the tax levy.
