The City Clerk's office accepts and processes land use petitions.  The documents should be submitted using "Standard documents for Land Use Petitions" as available below.

The City Clerk's department requires that documents should be submitted in electronic format including legal description.  Please note that documents which require an original signature and/or notary must also be submitted in hard copy form.
