Plan Review Fee Schedule (Commercial Construction Only)
In June of 1998 the City Council adopted the following fee schedule to provide for the plan review process in the Building Safety Division of the Planning and Code Enforcement Department. This fee shall be based on the cost of all construction, systems, and site improvements.

|
|
Commercial Construction shall include all multifamily structures of three or more units and all business, commercial, or industrial type buildings. It shall not include one or two family dwellings.
