For routine business (questions about a compliance citation, information on how to retrieve a towed vehicle, etc.), dial (309) 434-2700.

The Public Affairs Unit is the primary point of non-emergency Internet contact with the Bloomington Police Department for questions, concerns, compliments, criticisms, information (non-confidential criminal tips or leads), or suggestions.  The Unit receives and responds to or forwards inquiries to the appropriate unit for a response.
