The City of Bloomington's Department of Planning and Code Enforcement enforces property maintenance code violations for dwellings within the City.  The pictures depicted in this presentation are representative of typical code violations found by our inspectors on a routine basis.  Other pictures indicate important code requirements for overall health and safety issues.
