Subdivisions with Public Improvements - Fee for ESCP is included in Inspection Fee.
|

b. |
Sites less or equal to one (1) acre: the fee is $35.00.
|
|
c. |
Sites greater than one (1) acre and less than or equal to fifty (50) acres: the fee is $35.00 for the first acre plus $20.00 / acre for each additional acre up to 50 total.

d. |
Sites greater than fifty (50) acres: the fee is $35.00 for the first acre plus $20.00 per acre for each additional acre up to fifty (50) acres, plus $5.00 per acre for each acre over 50 acres total.
