Steven Purcell 

Steven began his term on the City Council in May of 2005, serving the citizens of Ward 7.  He has been a resident of Bloomington since 1989, when he started working at Mitsubishi Motors of North America, Inc.

Steven has served on the United Auto Workers #2488 Mitsubishi Motors Civil Rights Committee.  He has also previously served as an Emergency Medical Technician and Volunteer Firefighter.  Steven is a member and past president of two community Toastmasters clubs-- Delightful Greeters Advanced Club and Westside Speakers.

Steven and his wife Jennie have four adult children.

Steven enjoys working with his constituents and helping to solve problems in Ward 7.
