Birthday Parties at The Pepsi Ice Center

Experience the Chill by having your next Birthday Party at the Pepsi Ice Center. Parties include skate admission, including skate rental (minimum of 12 skaters). Birthday Parties are held during Open Skate times only.

Birthday Party Package
Cost and Time: $120 for 12 children (additional children are $7 each for up to a total of 30) for a 2.5-hour party, held during public sessions only.

• Current Open Skate Schedule

The 2.5-hour party includes use of the party room, admission, and skate rental to open skate.  Parties can get into the party room 30 minutes prior to the start of Open Skate and then must end their party 30 minutes after Open Skate ends.  This 30 minutes at the beginning and end is also the set up and clean up time for parties and is considered part of the 2.5 hour party.

There must be one adult supervisor present per 12 children in all areas where children will be located (party room and ice arena). Adults in the supervisory capacity will be at no charge. Additional adults will be charged like additional birthday party guests.

Birthday Party Packages:
Package includes party room set-up of tables with centerpiece of balloons, 1(one) 8-oz. can of soda per child, skating time, time in room to eat, and open all birthday presents. You must provide your own birthday party paper products.(i.e. Paper plates, napkins, cups, party hats, party favors and plastic forks). You must provide your own birthday treats. (i.e. Cake, cup cakes, large birthday cookie, etc. and any other food you wish to serve. Please note that there is not a microwave, etc. in the party room).

After the Party
The party room must be left in the same clean condition as it was when you arrived. Garbage must be put in trash cans and tables cleaned off by removing the paper table covering and putting it in the trash. The room must be cleaned and cleared of any items from your party immediately after the party room time has expired.

ALL ICE ARENA RULES APPLY TO RENTALS
Full payment, except for ala carte items, is due when turning in the signed agreement to schedule the party. Party must be booked in person. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Helpful Party Information
Pepsi Ice Center recommends the following tips for a skater to enjoy their birthday party:

• Dress in layers of clothing; remember ice rinks are cold.
• Clothes should not restrict movement.
• Gloves or mittens should always be worn.
• Helmets (bike, hockey, etc.) are strongly recommended for children under six.
• Thin socks should be worn.
