Bloomington, IL – On Sunday, 12-1-2019, at approximately 11 p.m., Bloomington Police officers were dispatched to the 3000 block of Lisa Drive for a report of "shots fired."
When officers arrived, they located an adult male victim, in a parking lot, in the 3000 block of Lisa Drive with gunshot wounds to one of his legs. Officers also located other evidence that a shooting had occurred. Officers rendered first aid to the victim and called for Bloomington Fire and Rescue. The victim was transported to Advocate BroMenn Medical Center and later to a hospital in Champaign for his injuries. The victim's injuries are serious but he is in stable condition. There were no other injuries reported.
There have been no arrests. No other information will be released at this time.
