Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 109 East Olive Street, Bloomington, Illinois 61701, until Tuesday, June 16, 2020 @ 10:15 a.m. Central Time, at which time they will be virtually/live opened and read. Bidders and the public may watch/listen to the bid opening remotely via the City’s livestream: www.cityblm.org/bidopening .

Bid documents are to be obtained from the City of Bloomington Procurement Services by sending an email to email@example.com with a subject heading of BID #2021-05 – Police Department 2020 or Newer Ford F250 Pickup Truck or Equivalent Specifications. Respondents must provide their complete name, company name, street address, telephone number, fax number and email address. Only contractors recorded with the City, as a bona fide plan holder, are eligible for the contract award.
Due to the unprecedented situation and the need to limit the community spread of COVID-19, the City of Bloomington is strongly encouraging that all vendors send their sealed bid submissions by USPS or Courier to the City of Bloomington, Attn: Office of the City Clerk-Bid Submissions, 109 East Olive Street, Bloomington, IL, 61701. If you must turn in a bid in person, you may take it to Grossinger Motors Arena, 101 S. Madison, Bloomington IL, outside box office windows on the northwest corner of Front and Madison between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
You may not respond with a faxed or electronic submission. All statements must be submitted in a sealed envelope with one (1) original hard copy, including City Bid documents, and one (1) electronic copy on USB Flash Drive or Compact Disc including City Bid documents is required. The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
