The Annual Action Plan is the document that outlines the City of Bloomington's annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The Annual Action Plan is mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and includes an overview of the funds required to implement the programs and services planned for a single program year.
Each Annual Action Plan must support the goals identified in the associated Consolidated Plan. The Program Year 2020 (May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021) Annual Action Plan Draft is currently available for review and public comment. Comments will be accepted until 4:30 pm on Friday, March 20, 2020. Written comments should be submitted to the Grants Coordinator at:
