Public Affairs Officer
The Public Affairs Officer is the primary point of non-emergency contact with the Bloomington Police Department for questions, concerns, compliments, criticisms, information, or suggestions of a general nature. The Unit receives and responds to or forwards inquiries to the appropriate unit for a response. The Citizen Input e-mail address is email@example.com. The Bloomington Police Department offers fingerprinting services open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon - 6 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
There is a $20.00 processing fee per card. Payments must be made with cash or personal check. Valid form of identification is required.
This facility is not permitted to do Concealed Carry License Application Fingerprinting. For more information on CCL, please visit the ISP website at www.isp.state.il.us
BPD will only provide inked prints (Livescan is not available).
